At Ultimate Golf Carts we pride ourselves in being the preferred golf cart dealer in the Twin Cities metro, State of Minnesota and beyond! Although your cart may have started its life in a golf course fleet, when it arrives at our facility in Rogers, MN we process each cart one at a time in our shop and inspect it thoroughly. We guarantee our work with a certification and a full 6-month warranty making sure it is the best quality and most reliable golf cart on the market.


ELECTRIC GOLF CART INSPECTION PROTOCOL

  • Inspect Frame for Damage and/or Defects
  • Inspect Main Control Wiring Harness for Faults and Abrasions
  • Connect IQDM Computer to Controller, Check for Faults
  • Set Speed, Torque, Computerized Braking, Etc.           
  • Inspect Steering Column, Mechanism & Yoke for Play 
  • Inspect Tie Rod & Ends  
  • Inspect All Body Trim; Including Front Fascia, Side Skirts, Brow, Under Body, Etc.
  • Inspect Batteries and Cables
  • Apply Anti-Corrosion Spray on Battery Posts
  • Fill Batteries If Needed
  • Charge Batteries & Conduct Load Test
  • Inspect Battery Hold Down/Tray
  • Lube Front Axle with Grease
  • Check Front and Rear Bushings (Leaf Spring & Control Arm)
  • Check Ball Joints, Steering & Bearings
  • Check & Adjust Brakes
  • Check & Adjust Front End Alignment
  • Install All New Parts and Accessories to Specs
  • Check Camber on Lift
  • Check & Adjust Tire Pressure
  • Check All Fittings & Attachments for Proper Tightness
  • Test Drive & Check all Functions
  • Perform Final Computer & Controller Diagnostics
  • Clean/Detail Cart - Prepare For Delivery

GAS GOLF CART INSPECTION PROTOCOL

  • Inspect Frame for Damage and/or Defects 
  • Inspect Main Wiring Harness for Wear and Abrasions
  • Inspect Forward and Reverse Cables
  • Inspect Steering Column, Mechanism & Yoke for Play 
  • Inspect Tie Rod & Ends
  • Inspect All Body Trim; Including Front Fascia, Side Skirts, Brow, Under Body, Etc
  • Degrease Engine Compartment
  • Inspect Drive Belt and Generator Belt for Wear
  • Check /Replace Fuel Filter, Air Filter
  • Change Oil and Oil Filter
  • Check Compression, Replace Spark Plugs
  • Lube Front Axle with Grease
  • Check Front and Rear Bushings (Leaf Spring & Control Arm)
  • Check Ball Joints, Steering & Bearings
  • Check & Adjust Brakes
  • Check & Adjust Front End Alignment
  • Install All Aftermarket Parts Selected By Customer
  • Check Camber on Lift (if applicable) and Adjust Tire Pressure
  • Check All Fittings and Attachments for Proper Tightness
  • Test Drive & Check all Functions
  • Perform Final Governor, Clutch and Belt Adjustments
  • Clean Cart - Prepare for Delivery

NOTE: Any parts showing medium wear or above are replaced at the time of inspection. Please understand, although each cart has been fully reconditioned, not every part has been replaced. There may still be parts or accessories that show use and have minor wear or scuffs. But rest assured every cart we custom build becomes at least 90% brand new!
